This privacy policy explains how Everyday Money Calc (https://aiflowist.com/uk/) handles personal information. The site is operated by the Everyday Money Calc team in Seoul, Republic of Korea (“we”, “us”), which is responsible for the personal information described here.
1. Information we collect and why
- We don’t offer accounts, comments or payments on this site.
- Calculator inputs: the numbers you type into a calculator are processed in your browser. They are not sent to or stored on our servers.
- Emails: if you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and your message. We use them only to reply to you.
- Technical data: our hosting provider and security software automatically record server logs, such as IP address, browser type, date and time, and the pages requested. We use them to keep the site secure and working properly.
2. How long we keep it
- Emails: kept for one year after we reply, then deleted.
- Server logs: deleted once they are no longer needed for security; logs held by our hosting provider follow its retention policy.
3. Who we share it with
We don’t sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers below, who process it on our behalf, or where the law requires us to.

4. Cookies and advertising
This site sets one functional cookie, pll_language, to remember which country edition you are using. We don’t currently use analytics or advertising cookies.
If we add advertising such as Google AdSense, or analytics such as Google Analytics, we will update this policy before we do, and ask for your consent where the law requires it, and the following will apply:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings.
- Analytics tools use cookies to collect aggregate information such as visit counts and the pages viewed. We don’t use them to identify you.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The calculators work normally without cookies.
5. International transfers
We are based in South Korea, and the information described above is processed and stored in South Korea. The UK recognises South Korea as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data under the UK–Republic of Korea data bridge.
6. Your rights under UK data protection law
We process personal information on the basis of our legitimate interests in replying to messages you send us and in keeping the site secure. Where we ever rely on consent, for example for non-essential cookies, you can withdraw it at any time.
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access your personal information, and to ask us to correct it, erase it, restrict or object to how we use it, or transfer it. To use these rights, email us. This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. How we protect information
- Access to the site’s admin account is limited to the operator.
- A web application firewall (security plugin) blocks malicious traffic.
- The whole site uses HTTPS encryption.
